WOW! Supersport will refund incorrect debit order!

I realised after abut 16 months that i was still being debited my gym membership fees after cancellation. However, i did not have a copy of my cancellation. I reluctantly made an enquiry with super sport and they promised to look in their books for their copy of my cancellation from over a year ago. After my most recent follow up call, the lady who was assisting me by the name of Chantal, called me back and let me know that they found my cancellation and will refund all 1 debit orders that went through to them after the date of my cancellation! I cannot believe this, my perception of how business will always try trick you out of your money has changed totally as far as super sport gym Bloemfontein is concerned. They have just showed me they are operating an honest, clean business with integrity. I mean i thought they would just tell me if i can produce my copy of cancellation they wont refund and disregard the fact that they may have a copy also. I am pleasantly surprised that they are people who still run their business with such integrity and ethics. Thank-you Chantal, you make me want to come and sign up a new contract with super sport gym!!!
