On the 28 Nov 2013 I went to Virgin Active Claremont to sign up for a month membership. But few days prior I went to see a consultant which I did.
I then decided to sign up had the money with me and the, but did not have my ID.
I was then told by Mygan the front office manager that I cannot complete the form and I have to bring the passport, I then said to save time and I am already here can please complete the form so that when I came to train I won't have to waste 30 min or so of my 1 hour exercise time available completing forms.
Mygan guaranteed me that when I do come I want have to spend 30 min completing the form as I will be training while they complete the form then I would sign.
Such did not happen I then spoke to Johan the Club manager. He then said due to the inconvenience he would give me an extension of my membership by another month. Such never happened. On 15 /12/213 I phoned to do a follow up and Spoke to Theo the Manager on duty on the time promised to return my call the following day never did. Is this your definition of quality service? After I had a discussion with the club manager. So it was all I waste of time and pretence, right?
