BAD Service from Zone fitness!!!

I had a 12 month contract which ended end of July. I called to find out what is the procedure for cancellation and was told by Leeroy to come into the branch to fill out a cancellation form and pay for the last month as it could not be done telephonically. When I went into the branch (which is 70km away now as I have re-located), I paid my last installment for July and was told that only Leeroy and Vitesh can authorise my cancellation and neither is in the office. They will call me as soon as they get in as it can be done telephonically (how convenient???) I recieved no call from them and had to call in countless times to get hold of them. Eventually when I was called back, I was told that my cancellelation was processed and I will be called within the next few hours to confirm. This DID NOT happen!!! My cancellation was not processed as promised as my account was debited for end of July which means that I paid TWICE!!! In utter frustration, I called in again and was told that I will be refunded. This has however not happened, nor have I even heard anything from them to date in this regard. I am utterly appalled by the service at Zone Fitness!!!
