Either incompetence or abuse of powe

It is with utter exasperation that I have resorted to reporting the said company. Before my daughter's 18th birthday I purchased a gym contract, of her own, as it was the correct process. I was incorrectly billed for a R100 tag (one was not required as we had already a functional tag) I have been threatened and insulted by staff and the sales manager been told I am committing, (because I come in on my daughters tag which is malfunctioning due to Planet fitness's error and I've stated I am her legal guardian and I will not allow her to be subjected to the abuse that I have been subjected to) I have addressed the issue over the past number of weeks and told that this error will be rectified, and the problem persists. This contract is fully paid for but due to either incompetence or an abuse of power, PF have not corrected this error. The very place which I attend in order to distress, is causing me immense amounts of stress, as they deny me access, and it's a huge fight to get access each visit, therefore I view this as a breach of contract... Please will someone competent with in planet fitness Bedfordview correct this error and make my festive season a little bit less stressful
