Joining fee of R1295!!

I renewed my membership on 05/11/2013 on Discovery Vitality. I was told I must pay a joining fee of about R800 which I paid the same day. This morning I received an sms from my bank, R500 taken of by Virgin Active. When I called the call centre I was told that the R500 was part of my joining fee and they got no record of the R800 that I paid. Joey you better have a very good explanation for me
