I never in my life received more service than with planet fitness, their account department is pathetic to say the least.1) After numerous corrections where they debit double or not at all! 2) The management is almost never there to sort it out, and in staid lets a receptionist who I think can't even count to ten (because you have to repeat everything) handle the problem. 3) Hygiene is probably not a big concern as the steam rooms are frequently blocked and stink like urine. I went to PF Montana this morning to query why their still deducting money from my account although I cancelled my contract on the 12th October (Thank) already, only to be told that I have to go back to Hennopspark branch to find out. What I don't understand here is that they are quick to take money from you at any branch but can't do the same when there is a problem (I'm still waiting for Prof. Miriam to phone me back). I'm proud to say that I'm now a Virgin Active member and compared to PF receiving superb service. I'll make sure that no one makes the same mistake as me by joining PF.
