People doesnt do their job they are soo Irritating

I signed contract with Planet Fitness in Village Walk in 2011. Then I cancelled the contract after their closed Village Walk branch IN 2012. I called them to concel my contract and they asked me to write a letter to them. I did as per instructions. Now I recieved a call from Fiya Recovering debt collectors saying Planet Fitness handed over my name to them. I'm in arreas. I called Rivonia branch, Yolandi asked me to proof it to them that I did send them a letter. Some people must do their job please. Now I change my job department and I dont have old emails. this is soo unfair, unprofessional and unacceptable.
