Behaviour unprofessional

This woman was in the fitness classes earlier this year & she then seemed to not give classes any longer but still work in the gym as I see her sometimes @ the gym reception & the restaurant upstairs. The one evening I came with a friend to the gym we both saw her in a car smoking where clients can see her. I think it is unprofessional of any person that represents the fitness industry to be seen smoking near their place of work.

I have also noted how she does not clients that come in to reception by standing texting on her Blackberry & thought that it does not look very good when a client enters the reception area & have that 1st impression.
