Unacceptable!

I am a single dad and joined the gym on the biggest contract available. I specifically asked if my 8 year old son could be facilitated. When I took him to the gym they said he cannot attend the kiddy area and also not be on the Gym floor!!! This was not what was explained to me!!! This makes it very uncomfortable and feels like they just made promises to get a sale! Can this be explained to me and why can we not be facilitated as promised???
