WAITING ONE YEAR FOR A BAG PROMISED!

I renewed my membership last year November with Sizwe, I was promised a sports bag and Sizwe kept telling me to wait and its a year now. I renewed my membership again a week ago and I was told if I refer a friend I will receive a bag and this time Pinky did the same thing. I can't understand why a "professional" company will commit to something and go against their word. I am going to gladly cancel my membership. Enough is enough.
