No Cancellation Policy

This must be the worst experience I have ever had. I have been paying this gym for 2 years, on a monthly basis and not even going to it once. The lady who deals with the accounts only gets back to you after a couple of days and then have a lot of "Ai I am so sorry my dear" excuses! I have been paying R229 each month for the last 2 years and still have one year left because I do not have anyone I can give the contract to, and to cancel it I will have to pay R2000.00. I mean that comes up to over R8000.00 over 3 years, and I haven't even used that gym once. This is ridiculous!!!
