Changing the opening time

I was informed last week and Friday 01/11/2013 that the gym will no longer open at 04:45 but 05:00.
The paper stated that the change is effective as there was no complaints against the change.
We were not informed of the change so yes there would be no complaints.

Now I mailed Richard as per the paper. I have no feedback from him what so ever. I then posted on the Facebook page and they didn't seem to know even of this change.

This is one of my reasons for joining Virgin Active. I gym 2 hours a day this includes my cardio. Because of this change I need to skip my cardio because if I don't I will be late for work. this can lead to me being fired from my work.

I need someone with the authority to reinstate this time to please consider this as it is cutting 10 to 20 min from my gym cycle.
