Ehaviour/ horrible service

My husband, mother and myself signed up a gym contract with this gym on the 21st Jan 2013. we where promised a whole lot of perks however when we got there nothing was delivered. We had 3 incidents before we decided to complain. we then proceeded to verbalise our complaints to a salesman. We was then told to come back on the monday for resolution. When we returned to the gym, we where told to wait for the manager named chris. A gentlemen then approached us after waiting 20 min and was very rude to us without even greeting us he proceeded to point fingers accusing us of losing him customers. he never introduced himself to us as his name was not chris it was Zane. He then told us to get out of the gym and called me a derogatory name. I am indian he is white, he told us he doesn't need people like us in his gym and said he will get security to remove us. He threatened to blacklist us i then left and came back with my husband to cancel our contract. he didn't seem to care because he said he is the owners son. I just want my debit order canceled and for all to be aware and my contract to be canceled as well.
