Rules for the super circuit

Can you please get someone to enforce the rules stipulated for the super circuit. There is a lot of people that will simply use any machine they want for as long as they want. It's the responsibility of the gym to get someone that will enforce these rules, tension is caused when someone that is following the rules have to confront the that are not.

I believe this matter will be dealt with quickly.
