Engen dont enforce there own rules/signage

I live in Parkmore, Sandton. Your Engen Garage/Shop/Woolworths on the CRN of Mattie and William Nicol. What is the point of having parking bays when cars are allowed to park right outside of the shop where there is a solid yellow line. It is so frustrating that people like me and many other obey the parking "rules" Why even have the yellow line if Engen are not going to enforce the no parking zone
