Activation Fee

In September I bought a Pick and Pay Health Voucher for R199 which entitles me to 3 months Free Gym. I purchased my tag for R100, now I received an sms to say my account is in arrears although I don't have an account and only one month into my contract. Planet Fitness Rivonia said they have send numoures e-mails to head office with no reply, they see there is an activation fee of R199 outstanding but I've paid that to PNP. I'm unable to contact someone cause they don't want to give me head offices number. Your urgent help will be appreciated.
