Absolutely disgusted with virgin active sunninghill customer service.
first time at the gym for a complimentary training session and i was not allowed in the gym. so much for allowing current members to bring 3 guests a year.

then the manager (Tracy) tries to rectify this and meeting with me for a tour of the gym - and she does not pitch! pathetic!

to think, this is how they treat prospective clients. imagine the treatment one would get after they've joined. id rather join planet fitness and get better treatment.
