Vitality still not active and NO feedback

I joined the gym in September 2012, filled in all the forms with the consultant - Cheddar, and sent them in. I noticed in November that the full amount was deducted from my accounts even though I have an active Vitality membership. I have since written emails, called them but NO FEEDBACK. I'm getting REALLY frustrated because apart from paying the entire year's gym fees in 4 months I don't get ANY VITALITY POINTS through the gym - and I go 4 - 5 times a week!!!

I'm really disappointed with Planet Fitness - even their website doesn't have a number I can call to get to the accounts people and they just don't respond if I fill in the stupid form on their website. Even the Centurion Gate's own emails are not answered. What is wrong with this system???
