Unauthorised debit orders

I cancelled my account in 2007. I paid r730 for 12 months to pay off the contract money. all of a sudden I noticed this month my account was debited by r250 on the 10th and 15 0f October. I called the Rivonia branch, spoke..to Collen, who advised he does not understand what is going on as he can see that my account was paid off and cancelled, its better I come through. I drove to the office, spoke to a lady at reception, who also checked and advised the contract is cancelled but I still owe r2900, I asked what was it for, she said she has to draw statements from admin, but she cant as they managers are in a meeting I waited, as she said 10 minutes. I had to leave as I had another meeting to attend, she then took my details and promised that someone is going to call me back. I am still waiting for the phone call. I cannot pay a 2 year contract for 6 years. I want my money back
