Gym contract cancelled but deductions still go off

A Planet Fitness gym contract wa taken out 452010 with Donovan, Contract no. PL20514 for R520. First month feeasthe catch becaue we hardly signed the contract when the gym fees were deducted. According to the contract the 1st deduction would be 172010. Personally went into there office 1752010 and dealt with Donovan and Ineesha at there Plattekloof offices directly after numerous phonecalls and messages left AND STILL NOT RESOLVED TO DATE. No refund nor any return call. A credit note was promised by the 2 officials which needed approval signature by Andre, supposedly the manager which also never happened. ome April 9, 2013 at 9h30 I emaiIed the letter of cancellation to [Email Removed] and cancellation.planetfitness... clearly referring to reference PLA-VAN1743 followed by a phonecall to which Rika indicated she would personally hand th said document to the admin section. A reference no. #17922 was received but still no refund. Yet another deduction of R250-00 was made 10102013, 6 months later. Where does it end? We follow as advised and eet all these prescripts but no one can or will resolve the matter satisfactorily and refund the now 2 amounts, R770.
