Ridiculous monthly fees

I joined in Potchefstroom and recently moved to Cape Town. After being told that prices won't differ too much when moving to CT I realised that prices would almost double. This is ridiculous as the club doesn't even offer anything extra. I also can't cancel a debit order as they fix your debit order way before it is debited fro your account so after being told that my payment for Potch membership for Feb had already been fixed, I decided to use these funds to contribute to a ridiculous cancelation fee of R520. O and by the way no call back after my call to the customer centre (Waited approximately 10-15minutes to speak to a consultant) has been dropped. Thanks for waisting my airtime Virgin. Will most definetely never see my business again and will be advising my friends against joning.
