I'm writing to Tracy directly here as all my other means of contact are ignored.
Tracy, you have not investigated anything or got back to me as you repeatedly promised to do and it is only in answer to the Hellopeter reports I've written that I've received any reply.
As you know, Virgin Active is in the wrong and has been since I attempted to join... the list of mistakes and mess ups just pile up and are then ignored.
You spoke to me - over 6 months ago? - and assured me that you'd do something about it. I can't put here the polite 'get lost' email you sent me unfortunately, but it is truly the most insulting uninterested response I could receive after all this time. There really is no such thing as client service at Virgin Active, is there?
