Horrible service

I would like you report extremely bad attitude and service from the ladies at front desk,
i come in to advise my personal detail are incorrect and need to be updated, they advise they cant help,
the other lady than tells me i need my ID, i than proceed to get my id book,
when i get back they say there is no one from admin to help, than what was the point of amking go fetch my ID! i have never seen such horrible attitude before,

is it because its a public holiday taht they dont care,

to add to it, they start to speak in vernacular unknowing that i understand that they are cursing me!
is this the image you want for such a reputable brand!!!
