Wrong deductions on account

As a viltality member I should be paying a reduced monthly fee. The full amount has been deducted from my account for various months. It has been impossible to get my money back from Virgin Active, I have spoken to account managers at the gym many times and I have recieved no feedback at all.
It is the horrible service. I'm contemplating getting legal advise as I have had enough.
Rather go to Planet Fitness!! can only get better service
