EMPTY PROMISES/ BAD SERVICE

There was a fire in the gym causing us to not be able to go to gym, since the other branch was out of our way.
We then not being able to gym for at least 4 months decided to ask what is happening with fixing the problem as we are paying for a service we are not receiving!!! And we are not being kept up to date.
Complaint goes thru and we get told we have to "wait" it out as they don't know when construction will START.

We (me and my fiance) decide to then cancel our contracts with a promise of R1602 being payed out as we paid upfront in full. Still losing out on the months we couldn't go to gym.

I receive my money but there is no sign of his back payment. I do a follow up and about 3 MONTHS LATER they pay him just under R940!!! LOSING OVER R600 because they messed up with the paper work. I have not received a reply on another complaint that I had to make! The service is ridiculous!

SHOCKED to say the least. Unimpressed, irritated and I will forever tell people not to use them we also heard of a friend who paid in full and he constantly has problem with his access key claiming he has not paid.
