Mess up with my account - waiting 10 months

For the last 10 months i stuggle to get my money back from Planet Fitness in Cobble Walk, who the told me that they are waiting for Head Office. I paid my 3 year contract all at once, and suddenly they just start subtracting debitorders of my Bank account... How long sould i wait for respons. I got respons from 2 persons but they don't have the rights to pay back my money... this is just unacceptable
