So Disappointed with the nature of service I received after requesting to cancel my contract, the people I spoke to were not to bothered as to why I am cancelling and showed no interest at all. it seemed like to them that I was just a number and could not be bothered if I was cancelling and fact that they are loosing a client. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE APPROACH.
