False advertising and passing the buck

I saw a flyer that a new gym was opening in Sterland, Pretoria. I went in to find out more. Planet fitness was opening a new gym in thje center. The gym was said to be opening on d 1st of july, people were encoueraged to join nw, and at the time it was mid june. I had an exisisting contract with another gym which I was lookin to renew but didn't with the promis that if I join I wil be starting to gym in my new gym in july. When july came d gym was not up and running and only after I went into their offices did I get an email passing the buck to the construction people and sayin it will be up and running in august. When august came the gym still was not ready and the only thing that they offered were some aorobics classes of which I am nt interested on. As I am a body builder, my development has been gravely hindered by this act to date the is no equipment at that facility but just an open floo
