Not happy bad service from head office

The gym in January had had a fire and for the whole year we couldn't go they said we can use the other durbanville Branch but it is really to far i signed up at cobble walk for the convenience that its so close! I tried to contact the gym as what they said by sms-no answer then tried head office and kept being put thru to sipho or thabo who ever who never answers their phones... So i cancelled my discovery membership by them as they were still deducting money every month and till today they are still trying to put a debit order thru from their side! I got an sms that said your pf account is in arrears plz contact branch!!! I don't want anything to with you guys again! please cancel my contract and sort out this arrears story i will take this further lawyers newspaper whatever it takes cause this is bulls#*t
