No contact, no response, no facility, no nothing

Planet Fitness Cobble Walk Centre had a fire(?) in January this year. Not much damage noticeable from the centre's atrium... In any case, no service available at all since January 2013. Yet I have to pay, in spite of several telephone calls to explain that I can only use the Cobble Walk facility. NO response, No return e-mails to date. In meantime I'm paying my monthly subscriptions (have been member for about 5 years). Most recent mail to Lizette van Koegelenberg PLUS telephone call on 18/7/13. She agreed to cancel and respond to me. NO reaction. Zero. I suppose you cannot blame them for thinking: lets not do ANYTHING and we're still getting the subscriptions!
Pathetic and frustrating service. NEVER again anything to do with Planet Fitness.
