CANCELLATION ON CONTRACT- PAYMENT FAILURE

In November last year I notified Curves offices via email that I wished to cancel my contract at the end of the period. I had even called to confirm that my notification as received. At the end of January I noted that there were still debits coming off my account and asked to bank to reverse this. I notified their offices and spoke to Maryke who then said she would investigate the matter further and get back to me. A few months had passed and in April I noted that my account was STILL being debited. I asked them to stop debiting my account. During this time I again called their offices to find out how and when I would be getting a refund of my monies as I had already notified you in writing and telephonically. Maryke and I were both unable to find our copies of the sent email but Maryke then advised that payment for the 3 months membership would be refunded to my account at the end of May. In June some time I called again to advise that I had still not received my refund. I was told that the monies were paid to the incorrect account. I have today been told that the owner has refunded R299.00 and they will treat my last email as cancellation. what about my R598.00. And Maryke!!!
