Contract cancelation

I took out a planet fitness contract a while back when I was a student, I comunicated to the guy who set up the contract at the time that I was a student and therefore need the cheapest contract, I later found out that it was not the cheapest contract but a national contract, with lots of fighting and getting no where I left it, I have in the mean time started working and do not have time to get to the gym and I am trying to cancel my contract, I firstly couldnt get hold of them, however they have a feature on their website where they will get back to you, it has been atleast 3 weeks and still nothing, I advise anyone do not take out a contract with these guys, it will be an uphill battle all the way...
