INCOMPETENCE

Ever since i joined pLANET FITNESS, I have had hassles with them debiting wrong amounts, saying you havent paid when u have, cancelling an account but still debiting you for it. I called the Rivonia club which is where im at and no assistance, the head office is worse. I have never experienced such disatisfaction for a service i pay for... I cancelled a black tag (after months of begging them to cancel it) and i thought eventually they have dealt with it, little did i know that they have not stopped the debits going out now im being debited for what i have cancelled.
