Exclusivity joke

I live in kempton park and I work in Bedford view, I recently joined Virgin active Bedord view for various reasons like getting fit, but my greatest reason for joining as I stated when joining was to be able to beat the morning traffic by coming to gym in the mornings fro 6am to 7:30am. Now I have a younger brother who lives and works with me, as he does not have a car we travel together. Now he is not YET a member but was prospecting to join as soon as his medical benefits kick in. So what we have been doing till now was to go to gym in mornings from 6am and while I gym to let my brother sit in the lobby area and wait. But this morning the manager Ben said that he has to be a member to sit inside, he is not even allowed to sit and wait in the car manager Ben actually wants him to wait outside in 3 degrees cold weather??? outrages!!
