NO Communication, squash courts falling apart

1. The cobblewalk club suffered fire damage almost a year ago, and the members were promised that the club would re-open soon. In 6 months we have not received any new feedback, despite several requests.

2. The squash court at Aurora is falling apart. The manager is not responding to my emails anymore.

3. No-one at planet fitness is responding to ANY complaints.

PLANET FITNESS: YOU ARE USELESS.
Just look at the number of complaints on this website. You are among some of the worst companies!!
