Cold Swimming pool

The reason we took out a gym contract was that my son could take swimming lessons is a heated pool. However every time he had lessons by a lady named Liz, the pool was cold. I overheard some guy saying that the reason was that their electricity bill is to high, after i sent a letter to management this was denied. Now after two years they expect me to pay that account, please keep in mind that I no longer reside in East london and till today i did no receive an account,

Their attitudes are bad and they don't put their clients first
