What service!

My Kettle was rusting at the bottom and seeing as I only used it for 2 months, it seemed a bit early for that to be happening. I called Russell Hobbs head office and they told me to take it back. I called Kevin and explained the situation. He did not question me once and said they have the stock ready and waiting for me. When I arrived it was already packed. I bought a few other things and I was off. Their service was impeccable and I cannot thank them enough for what they did. Thanks Boardmans!
