On 8 Feb 13 I placed an order for a lounge suit, i was told that the order would take 6 - 8 weeks, so would receive around 8 April 13. Called 20 April 13 was told container was arriving 29 April 13 and they would deliver to me by 3 May 13. Received a call today, 29 April 13 and get told my order was not in container and next container would only arrive around 1 June 13. The thing is that i paid the FULL amount for the lounge suit on 8 Feb 13 when ordering. The manager at the store at William Moffet Centre could not care less. I would appreciate someone from their head office to contact me as this is totally unacceptable. Should i cancel my order will i be refunded the full amount interest as they have had the benefit of my money for the past 11 weeks already. NOT VERY HAPPY AND WILL NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
