Camp Master not a quality product

We have bought 2 gazebos and a tent from camp master. The one tent and gazebo was used this weekend for the first time and the other gazebo the second time. We had sudden wind and rain late at night and the wind broke the poles of the gazebo right off! Not just bent it. The tent had one pole snapped in 2 and the front part that's used as the "door' was cut too short so you have to have one person pull the sides together and another zips it closed. I always saw Camp masters as the product to have, boy was I wrong. Our camp was destructed by the wind however everyone around us had gazebos and tens still standing in perfect condition. (I took photos) only our camp master products were broken and all over the place. The warning label states that it should not be left in wind or rain, yet they supply for OUTDOORS!!! Do you expect us to pack up in the middle of the night in the rain and wind and sit outside to keep the tent safe because you cannot make a better quality product? This is so ridiculous and I will show anyone who asks me the photos and advise other products. I am guessing you would not be replacing these 3 products???
