Extremely bad service

I got a rotary watch as a gift, a while later, it stopped working, and I took it back, they told me they will let me know when it's ready, but weeks later, I returned to ask where it was and it was there the whole time, without them contacting me. Later, when trying to set the time, the knob/dial stopped clicking in. I took the watch back and Bryan said it needs to be sent for repairs which will take about a month. 10 weeks later I was still waiting for it with no response, when I went back; they said they will call me. This didn't happen. 3 weeks later, I went back and they eventually found it in their storage boxes. This time, the whole mechanism turned 90 degrees so I returned it once again. They said they will call on Tuesday to have me fetch it. I have now been waiting for 5 days and have heard nothing from them. Please tell me when I will be able to wear my watch again? I recommended they give me a watch which is the same as mine in their window and they said no... Either give me my money or give me a watch, what type of service is this?
