Poor servoce

After a very busy shopping day I decided to sit down at the coffee shp and have a cip of coffee. Firstly I called the waitress Danele for service. She gave me a dirty look. I ordered a hot chocolate before I finished she walked awayy. I had to call her back and asked that she used soya milk. A few minutes later she brought the hot choc dump it on the table and walk away. After approx 20min later I had to try and get her attention again as she was busy packing dirty dishes to bring my bill. I was given a bill and eventually had to get up and pay my bill. She processed my card gave me a copy of the speedpoint slip but without a smile or a thank you, nothing and she walk away. I will definately not be back and will tell my friends about the poor service and not to go there.
