A True Worth of a Sales Assistant

I very seldom receive good customer assistance at Truworths stores esp Chatsworth, staff dont even greet you when taking your payment! & after Chatsworth persuading me to purchase a shirt (wrong size) then telling me they will order the correct size & contact me, they never did & I wasnt surprised. Instead of going back & being disappointed I went to Pavilion - greatest decision! Nadhira & Percy so glady returned the shirt without hassles & with a great smile, told me to purchase something else which i did, I needed fragrances, end of problem. I recently visited Jhb & saw a lovely Daniel Hechter coat but decided to buy it at Pavilion bcos I will remain faithful to a store wer staff go out of their way to make u happy & smile. We need more staff like Percy & Nadhira, they are so passionate about their job. Something very rare in retail today. It appears that your emphasis on regular training sessions has paid dividends. They are setting a high standard for others to follow. I will certainly tell our family & friends about you, and look forward to returning soon.
