ZAR67913 Paid on 9 April and Goods Not Supplied

I got a quotation number 2213595 on April 4 and effected a payment on April 9 (within the 7 days). I was promised that all the goods would be ready for collection within 3 days after payment. It is now 15 days and the goods are not ready. The goods were supposed to go into a container for shipment on April 15 and we have had to delay the shipment and have to pay daily penalties for the delay. We feel we have been treated unfairly by Game and they need to meet some of the expense that we have incurred.
