My name is LG Buthelezi I bought a grafton Everest lounge for the first time in 2010it was exchange for than ten times because I believe its the best brand the I finally choose the other kind of lounge suite but grafton Everest and I took the darkbrown one in colour at first I was taking the cream white one.its been 2 years now with this brown one but its doing the very same thing like the cream white I should have pick up the expensive fake leather they selling to me but because its dark brown you cannot see it the way I saw it with the other ones so this is totally business they us all I want its my couches to be fixed, replaced or my money back I don't know between the factory (grafton Everest) or the store (morkels) who must fix this whole mess but one of them must do.please contact me on 0835710146
