One On One
LORIANNE VERY RUDE AND t/c NOT EXPLAINED

The services offered by TFG (one on one) for air time, think twice before you get into an agreement with the consultants. Lorianne was very rude this morning and could not wait to put down the phone.
One the initial phone call buy the consultant, I was never informed that if you want to canel the service you will have to wait 30 days with out BIS, .

I want this stupid thing canceled or trust me you will have a huge problem, i hate to be inconvenienced.
