RUDE UNCOUTH UNPROFESSIONAL & STUPID

I called a plumber out on the 24/5/13 for a blocked drain. I called the same company out again 5 days later - same problem. Their guarantee is 7 days. I paid for BOTH call outs R785 & R750. I should not have paid for the second call out. I called the same plumber again on 23/06/13, blocked drains. I was told that if they could not come out that day they would come out Monday. Monday evening I called as they had not arrived only to be told by a very rude obnoxious Manie, that if they come out after hours they will charge me. The sms's that ensued this stupid man kept on saying that he did the first callout not the second & it was over a month since he "Fixed" the drains. The second callout WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM. Hello!! "ONE COMPANY TWO TECHNICIANS"I ask you what's the difference which technicians does the job. This rude man than slams the phone down on me. Unreal. I cannot believe that so called professional can be so RUDE OBNOXIOUS, UNCOOTH & STUPID. I have reported this matter to the IOPSA.
