No confirmation of account closure

The process for closing a Game account is appalling. A fuzzy timeframe, and maybe-we-will-maybe-we-won't answer. No confirmation SMS. No confirmation letter.

Checking via SMS returns a balance, as if the account still exists. Just received a statement in the mail with inconsistent charges for an account THAT WAS SETTLED. Oh, and the balance on the statement doesn't match the balance received via SMS.

Sort this out. If I owe you your R18, let me know and I'll gladly pay it, as long as you close my account and provide some kind of official confirmation.
