Cashier with attitude

So I went to shop for party items at Game when the store was about to close and cashed at Operator 139. Rofhiwa told me to pack my own things and I kindly told her I won't be able to do it. And she told me "well, Game has no packers so I shouldpack my own things". I stood aside waiting for assistance and a floor manager came to pack my stuff. Rhofiwa started giggling and me and floor manager saw no joke in this! I personally feel she should go for Soft Skills training as you don't do that in front of a customer no matter how strongly you feel about a sistuation. I need a formal apology from her and hpoefully she will be taught her mistake.
