Very poor attitude/ bad customer service

I purchased an outside table and four chairs from Game Mall at carnival on Saturday 16/03/2013.

I proceeded to the check out/ pay point till and operator no: 103 Mbali rang up the table and chairs.

I paid for the listed items above, and the delivery date was supposed to be on Monday 18/03/2013

On the 16th after I arrived back home, I received a phone call from game, explaining how the cashier accidently did not ring some of the chairs as well as the delivery fee.

The lady also explained how the operator is new and still on training.

I explained to the Game accounts agent, that I was there in person, I stood in line and paid for my purchases. If any mistake was made by the till operator, It remains the mistake of Game staff.

I will not be held liable for the mistake of unsupervised, till operators who may be on training.

I want my table and chairs delivered before I proceed legally with the matter.
