What a lovely attitude

I had a concern regarding one of their products with which I experienced an inconsistency. I informed them of this and at the same time made a product suggestion based on their 8 Hour cream. Not only was Candice helpful but she went through a lot of effort to make sure I receive a replacement of the product I was unhappy about but also added a few extras! Thank you Candice for all your trouble and patience. It was lovely dealing with you.
